week of the classic Oruro Carnival ends on Tuesday by the Ch'alla to the Pachamama, the feast of Mother Earth. All Bolivians decorate and celebrate what is dear to them ... home, the car ... all in the company of family with whom they share the ritual, dinner and lots and lots of beer!
